SALT LAKE CITY, UT – January 7, 2016 – A new secure customer portal is now available to customers performing testing with Nelson Laboratories (www.nelsonlabs.com). The changes to the portal make the process of tracking studies and downloading final reports simpler for the customer while also providing powerful tools for sharing information with those who need it.
An important change to the new customer portal is the login process and self-service features. A customer’s user ID is now simply their email address, and the password will be chosen by each user. A forgotten password can be reset and retrieved by the customer, without needing to call or email Nelson Labs’ Service Center. Account settings such as report access and email notifications can also be modified at any time based on personal preferences.
Additional benefits of the new portal include:
- Ability to easily share test reports and information with others in their company
- Final reports available for easy download
- Up-to-date information for every test to make it easy to track samples from receipt to final report
- Advanced search capability to find tests by sample ID, test description, lab number, P.O. number, test code, or date range
