Salt Lake City, Utah based Nelson Laboratories opens its doors with a series of summer Career Open Houses to encourage emerging and established professionals to pursue careers in science.
SALT LAKE CITY, UT – July 22, 2015 – A thought leader in the medical device testing and compliance industry, Nelson Laboratories will open its doors to the public again on July 30, 2015 and August 27, 2015 for summer Career Open Houses. A committed STEM education organization, Nelson Labs is dedicated to the STEM message and creating more STEM related job opportunities in Utah.
Representatives from Nelson Labs’ science and administrative support departments will be on hand to explain the type of work Nelson Labs performs, and the credentials required to succeed in a competitive laboratory science organization.

Nelson Labs’ first summer Career Open House was held in June and met tremendous success, bringing over 150 talented professionals, and undergraduate and graduate level students onto its Redwood Road campus to network and gain insights into pursuing a career in laboratory science.
Nelson Labs’ summer Career Open Houses are well suited to professionals and students at all stages in their careers whether passively or aggressively job hunting, or simply curious about making a transition into the sciences. Career counselors and STEM educators are also encouraged to attend.
