On Tuesday, June 18, a report was broadcast on regional Flemish business channel “Kanaal Z ICT” in which Nelson Labs Europe’s Managing Director Jos Bollen was given the opportunity to speak about digitization. In the 3-minute video, Jos provides an explanation on the importance of automation and digitization of reporting for the continuous adjustment and optimization of internal processes. Jos emphasizes what is important for the highly regulated landscape in which we operate and how the development of customized software was being implemented; resulting in a quality improvement as well as efficiency gains.
