Since joining Nelson Labs, Aaron has designed and overseen a wide range of antimicrobial validations. Through hands-on experience in the lab and interaction with the regulatory landscape, Aaron has gained expertise on preserved pharmaceutical products, disinfectants, liquid chemical sterilant, and embedded antimicrobial products.
In addition to disinfectant efficacy testing, time-kill, preservative efficacy, and in-use stability testing, Aaron has led tissue bioburden log reduction and liquid chemical sterilization validations. His current role as Expert Technical Consultant at Nelson Labs involves providing validation study design, custom protocols, data summary and interpretation reports, and gap analysis.
Aaron graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science, dual majoring in Microbiology and Molecular Biology.
