Chad Summers is a senior technical expert in biocompatibility and a recognized industry leader in both in-vitro and in-vivo testing. With 29 years of experience managing and working in an in-vitro laboratory, he has played a pivotal role in helping clients improve access to safe and effective medical devices. Chad is an active committee member across multiple working groups within AAMI, ISO, and ASTM, and he serves as a nominated subject matter expert in the FDA’s Office of Science and Engineering Laboratories (OSEL) outreach for cardiovascular safety.
